The swimming pool is large, clean and lovely, very room has sea views and is lovely to watch the sunrise in the mornings. The food is great, interesting and varied selection every day. At Bamburi Beach Hotel food is buffet style but there were always lots of things to choose from. There is a bbq section that has different meats every day, a fish grill that again is different every day as well as a large vegetable and salad section. There is also a snack bar round by the 2nd smaller swimming pool that serves pizza's everyday. There is a bar by the pool and this is also where the evening entertainment happens. Since accommodation in Bamburi Beach resort is mostly based on inclusive, drinks are included apart from anything that is imported.
The staff are all great, the waiters and waitresses work all hours in the restaurants. The animation team is fabulous they are around during the day doing the water aerobics, volleyball, football etc and then again in the evening they are hosting the entertainment. Every day the Bamburi Beach Hotel arranges a day tour to Haller Park, a wood carving centre, Ngomongo African villages, the crocodile farm, the list goes on! Baharini Center - serves as a snack bar for toasted sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and other light meals during the day. In the evening the guests can settle for some nice Italian dishes.
Fusion Restaurant - a new specialty restaurant for Chinese, Thai and Indian cuisine. Hotel guests are offered an attractive discount.
Dhow Bar - Open for 24 hours for all types of drinks.
