14 Days Tanzania Safari combines northern Tanzania's wildlife experience with the culture of Zanzibar's Stone Town and its fantastic beaches. Visit Tanzania most famous National Parks for 7 days, after a flight from Arusha to Zanzibar relax in your beach hotel and explore endless beaches on Zanzibar. The Package starts in Arusha and ends on Zanzibar. You choose between Camping or Lodges on Safari.
Day 1 ARRIVAL
Our qualified and well experienced driver/Guide will meet at the airport and take you to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you can start your SAFARI on the same day or the following day. In full board bases (all meals inclusive).
Day 2 - Departing to Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch and descend to the Crater floor for game drive, ascend to the rim, dinner and spend the night at either Ngorongoro Lodge or camp site. Overnight in Ngorongoro. All meals included
Day 3 - After breakfast a wonderful full day game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. Your Driver/Guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. Overnight in Ngorongoro. All meals included
Day 4 - After breakfast you start on your way to Serengeti National Park. A picnic lunch will be provided. On the way you will stop at the Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists Louis and Mary Leakey made many significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life originated in Africa. After stopping for your picnic lunch on a kopje. (Rock outcropping) in Serengeti you will continue further into the park and go on a game drive. Overnight in Serengeti. All meals included
Day 5 - A full day of game drives around Serengeti. Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds you can expect to see wildebeest, Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, Monkeys, Baboons, Hippos, Rhinos, Antelopes and many birds and other species. As in Ngorongoro your Driver/Guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. Overnight in Serengeti. All meals included
Day 6 - Another full day of game drives. Your Driver/Guide, having consulted overnight with the other Driver/Guides will head out in whatever direction will bring you to animals you haven't yet seen. Overnight in Serengeti. All meals included (optional Tarangire National Park)
Day 7 - One final morning game drive before leaving. In the afternoon we will reach Arusha, were we overnight. Breakfast and Dinner
Day 8 - Early departure to your flight to Zanzibar. On the way to Nungwi we will do the Spice Tour. We have developed a special Spice Tour with in depth information not only about spices, but also organically grown herbs and a detailed description about their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. Overnight in the Baobab Beach Hotel or Sea Club Kiwengwa, your home for the next five days. Breakfast and Dinner
Day 9-13
Leisurely enjoy the endless beaches of Zanzibar while staying in the Baoab Beach HotelorSea Club Kiwengwa. Have fun and relax while snorkeling, scuba diving, boat trips and more beach activities. Breakfast and Dinner
